๐ง Features vs. Benefits
The "So What?" Rule
The Concept
A feature is what something is. A benefit is what it does for someone's life. Customers only pay for benefits.
The test: after any feature, ask โso what?โ until you hit a real feeling.
The Example
Feature: A stainless steel water bottle that keeps drinks cold for 24 hours.
Benefit: Ice-cold water on a blazing hot soccer-field afternoon.
